Listen to it and tell me if you think the story line as presented fits the audio from the 911 operator?

Does Zimmerman sound like a vigilante? Does he sound like a bigot? Does he sound like an idiot?

When we type ni**er we don’t type the actual “word” but we make everyone read it.

As for profiling, this PC crap is getting so out of hand it won’t be long before the cops won’t be allowed to state the race of a suspect in an all points bulletin. So, if the suspect is black and wearing a white shirt every person in a white shirt, including whites, will have to be questioned. If the suspect is white and wearing a white shirt every person in a white shirt, including blacks, will have to be questioned. Then it will be said that THAT’S racism.

My interest is in whether Martin was an active threat to the community at the time of the interaction.
There are many anti-authoritarians who have a dislike of the popos much less a community watch pseudo-cop. If Martin was an anti-authoritarian is another good question.

If you had accepted the appointment by the gated community (as their trusted observer, was briefed by the police under Florida program for neighborhood watch, was operating in compliance with community rules, having a semi-official portfolio), and saw an unfamiliar individual not proceeding with diligence on the public street or walk, but disappearing between houses, what would your interpretation be? (rhetorical, needs no answer)

A better question would be to determine whether Trayvon had been informed of community rules and that a program was in place to observe and report suspicious activity, and to beware. If not, he was ill-advised.

(I speak from the point of view of having been the president of my neighborhood organization established under deed restrictions, and for many years almost always armed, even when answering my door. We have had both attempted and successful burglaries, as well as peepers.)

Thanks for the link to that audio! He certainly did not sounds like a gung-ho wanna be Dirty Harry. I feel sorry for the guy now, Zimmerman, just got into a situation that was headed for disaster. I’ll bet he wishes he didn’t follow that kid now, from other things I’ve read, he is devastated over what happened.

To the extent true, that would be an issue for the 'hood.

I don't live in a gated community much less a 'hood with an HOA.

However, should I observe an individual wandering around a neighbor's house rather than sticking to the sidewalk, I'd be inclined to let loose the dog while securing a weapon.

This will become clearer over time. Will not be settled until the grand jury decides to not prosecute him. Unless they feel forced to due bill him so the race pimps can be satisfied.

Give me the country life any time. OYu show up on my doorstep unasked I have half a mile to show you my displeasure before you reach the county road, and the nearest house is the same distance and uninhabited.
