I think the entire country of Spain could qualify as white hispanic.

I just thought of a new word for them that would be easier ... Spanish. ;^)

The current race/ethnicity check list has two categories: the first is to check whether or not one considers oneself Hispanic/Latino, the second contains everything else. So by this one could be Hispanic/Latino and Japanese, as many from Brazil (that has the largest Japanese population outside Japan) and Chile could describe themselves.
