The terms White Hispanic and White Non-Hispanic are contained in the FBI Uniform Crime Reporting system. Each police department makes an annual report to the FBI describing victims and perpetrators as such. They also use Black Hispanic and Black Non-Hispanic, Asian/Pacific Islander, etc.
