Four-or-five times a year for an active neighborhood watch member doesn't seem excessive.

Those 46 calls go back to 2004, not an unreasonable number, I agree (if 46 more than I’ve ever made, and I’m considerably older than Zimmerman living in an equally crime ridden city.)
