Four years ago, the Supreme Court ruled that the death penalty was unconstitutional for cases of child rape. They were wrong on the Constitution, as they so often are. While I believe we have a moral obligation to provide safe prisons for criminals, when the courts fail to do their job, I do not mind if we fall short in our responsibility to keep such people safe.

More than that. By the ones voting for such a decision, such SCOTUS members gave aid and comfort to the enemy. Such a decision by those justices, like many decisions of Traitorbozo, should be considered an act of treason.
