There’s something about the Hispanic culture and mindset that convinces them that they are superior to everyone else and have a right to act accordingly. Just this afternoon I was returning home from cycling and had the bicycle in my truck bed. After turning down the street adjacent to mine, there were two vehicles parked facing the wrong way on this street and one of them was on the outside of the vehicle parked at the curb, exactly parallel to it, so the two vehicles were effectively blocking the street to traffic. In order to pass on the left you would have had to drive over the grass verge on the side by the sidewalk. There was a woman in the car that was in the middle of the street, and there was a Hispanic male leaning against the driver’s side door, talking to the occupant, and staring me down as though I had done something wrong to him. Hispanic males like to play the stare game, in case you hadn’t noticed. Now who in there right mind would park a car in the middle of a street, blocking access, then engage in conversation, and then the person you are talking to becomes UPSET that another vehicle is trying to pass on that street? What kind of mindset is that? The same one that justifies crimes such as the one committed in this article. If you own everything and everyone, whatever actions you take have to be acceptable to everyone else.

I’m very aware of the thing you speak of regarding Hispanic males. With deference to the situation and to your personal protection what the remedy is to look right back at them, glare a bit and say ‘’YO’’ in a kind of question. Most time they back down if they see you aren’t going to be cowed. I’ve been dealing with this for years living and working in the NJ/NY area.
