This is a question for all on this thread. It seems that I've seen more then a few stories of this type in the last several years and it also seems that the perp's are almost all Hispanic. Is this a cultural difference? I'm not talking about sex with a minor, as that is a fixture in all cultures. What I'm talking about is sex with toddlers. I mean 4 and 6? That is very extreme for almost anyone.
This is a sincere question, as otherwise I'm at a complete loss to explain this behavior.
