Sheriff Joe has more than enough evidence against Obama to present to a Grand Jury in order to get an indictment on Obama.

It simply does not make sense that the sheriff would launch an investigation, gather enough evidence which is far beyond probable cause and then not move for prosecution.

Obama is a total fraud and we have no idea who he really is. It goes beyond a birth certificate and there are huge parts of his life that are totally unknown. I have always wondered why an obscure Illinois street organizer would choose to write an autobiography other than to establish a persona and conceal the truth about his past. Even a cursory look at Obama’s books reveal contradictions and questionable facts about his life.

The author makes a point that I have felt and discussed with others since the beginning of this incredible charade with Obama. Every day in the news I see reports that seem totally surreal when juxtapositioned against what should be the real news story of the day - the usurper in the White House. For example, everyone is now occupied with discussing the political aspects relating to this year's presidential campaign. What a joke and a total waste of time. A presidential election to ‘defeat’ an illegal president? We need to all have our heads examined. What we need to do first is turn back the clock four years and start over since everything that has taken place to date is a nullity. We need to do the 2008 elections all over after we evict the current imposter. This fraudulent clown in the WH has cost all of us and our country four years of our lives.

I find it absolutely unbelievable that a Sheriff in Maricopa County Arizona has to form a special posse to investigate something that clearly was a fraud the day it was put out on the White House website! Now that a criminal investigation has determined that the White House supplied Barack Obama birth certificate is fraudulent AND Barack Obama's Selective Service card is fraudulent will your office do anything to ensure that an investigation is conducted by the federal government?

CONGRESSMAN TODD AIKIN’S RESPONSE TO EMAIL REGARDING SHERIFF ARPAIO’S INVESTIGATION:

Dear XXX:

Thank you for writing to request that the House of Representatives take action to impeach President Barack Obama. It was good to hear from you.

 The U.S. Constitution provides for the impeachment of the President on grounds of "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors" (Article II, Section 4).  The U.S. House has the power to impeach the President, but only the U.S. Senate, presided over by the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, has the responsibility to try the impeachment case and the President can only be convicted and removed from office by two-thirds of the Senators.

Based on the evidence I have seen, I do not see clear and constitutional grounds for the impeachment of President Obama. If an impeachment measure was brought in the House, I do not believe it would be successful.

As you may know, I strongly disagree with the President's policies. He has made numerous decisions which I believe are unwise and take this country in the wrong direction. I believe that some of his proposals are frankly unconstitutional. However, I do not think it is a good idea to criminalize political disputes.  Elections have consequences, among which are the successes of political decisions with which we disagree. 

We all possess the First Amendment right – and I believe the moral responsibility – to oppose policies which we believe are destructive to our nation. I, along with you, will continue to work for a stronger, more prosperous, and more secure America.
