One think you know for sure. It is not part of a Chevy Volt. 1) They barely attain enough power to cross and intersection let alone go airborne,2) platicizers arn’t leaking form this thing, and 3) there are no plug in stations for oh......several thousand miles.
The white van behind the thing is a Mercedes known in the USA as a Sprinter
The facets are insect eye like. I suspect it fell from an aircraft rather than a spacecraft
