Long, frustrating at times, but accomplished most of what I set out to accomplish. Caught several wrong pay rates for which I am thankful, and caught a couple without timesheets at all. I prefer fixing these things ahead of time, altho the brass says just go with what is there and fix it next check if/when someone complains. I HATE THAT METHOD!! They are such hypocrites. Anything wrong with their checks and we have to fix it NOW!

I got myself a Groupon massage for Christmas. I’ve never had one and need to make an appointment to use it before mid April.

I would hate that method too, Ma!
I did payroll for a nursing facility
many moons ago, and I remember what it was like.

Fixing it when/if someone complains is absurd.
Besides, times are tough with this economy,
lot of folks barely make it from paycheck to paycheck,
and they blow a gasket if their check is screwed up.
And guess who gets yelled at?

P.S.
Get that massage done, Ma!
It will do you a world of good!
