Today I'll go to yet another "goodbye party" for a coworker um "leaving the company." Yeah, let go, fired, terminated, whatever. This is the 7th person in the last couple of months to go. An entire block/project team of 15 people has been told they may not have a job in 2 months. Note, these are not production line jobs. Not part of those evil smokestack industries that have already been forced en mass overseas. These are people with college degrees in technical fields with anywhere from 2 to 20 years experience. Restructuring the economy? Ha, how about destroying it.
In looking around at my various circles of friends at work, Church, neighbors, the gym, facebook friends, etc. I don't know of a single person that was unemployed and has gotten a job. Similarly I don't know of anyone who has moved up, gotten a better job.
Recovery? My lilly white backside. This is exactly the economy (well, he may want it a little worse off even) that Marxist SOB hussein wants. He wants a significant portion of the population dependent upon the government for a handout. He wants the rest of us working hard, just barely hanging on, supporting the rest through the government. He wants centralized control and planning. He wants the government in control of just about the entire economy. He wants to take away our economic freedom and liberty, because that makes it easier to take away the rest of our freedoms and liberties. Like I said, un-American and anti-American. Vote for anyone this November - anyone but hussein.
The last two days the msm has been falling all over itself to announce that unemployment number are down, far down, so all praise Hussein. Can't wait for the summer numbers to come out and they'll heap more praise upon him. Just don't remind the sheeple that summer always creates more temporary part time jobs. Let's just see if he can manipulate those summer numbers on into October to boost his second coming.
