The above are Santorum's words.
I enthusiastically endorse them. He is dead-on right. Bullseye!
Anyone wanting to belong to Liberal Party B instead of Liberal Party A hasn't a clue about what's going on.
It is time for a new party.
It is time for conservatives to recognize the danger to this country posed by the two liberal parties presented to us as our "only" choices.
Santorum is right. If Obama’s liberalism sends us to the brink, then the blame can be placed at the feet of the democrats. But if Romney’s knee jerk liberalism takes us to the same place, the blame will fall on the Republicans and we can expect that the MSM will then blame it all on Conservatives and the sheeple will believe it.
In that sense another 4 years of Obama would be better than 4 years of Romney followed by 16 years of some Democrat Obama clones.
If the Etch-a-sketch candidate gets the nomination. I’m voting 3rd party.

Santorum is much too much of a team player to achieve any of the things you so ardently champion. He will fold right into place on the McConnell Boehner team, count on it.
Newt, on the other hand:
In 1994, there was only one person who consistently believed Republicans could weather the storms and capture control of the Congress for the first time in four decades; in 2012, he is a candidate for President. ~Ken Kies
Im not sure [Gingrich] ever had a lot of friends here, and Im not sure he cared, because he came here to accomplish a purpose, not to make buddies, said Ken Kies, an influential tax lobbyist and a Gingrich donor. Newt led a revolution, so that tends to leave bodies on the floor.
