He's either clearing away family farms to make way for collective farming, or he's forcing farmers to hire illegals and pull more Mexican Socialists into the country (so he can give them citizenship -- by decree if necessary), or .....both.
Force farms to hire illegals. Then confiscate them or regulate the private owners out of existence, and collectivize them using Mexican Communists for the labor force.

What else he is doing is grasping for money. Farmers are permitted to deduct the expense of farm help as a business expense from gross income. They are permitted to pay their children as farm help up to some limit...I forget what, but I’d not be surprised to find it up to 5 or 6 thousand.
If a guy has 3 kids, that’s 15 grand of expense that comes off the top of his gross. Multiply that times how many farm families across America.
In addition to other schemes, this is also probably a money grab.
