Well, Lugar should be called on the carpet too, if he really doesn’t live in Indiana. I agree.
The basic intention of a representative Congress is that the people there are from the places they represent. If they don’t actually live in these places, they shouldn’t be there. That applies to any Republicans who violate that basic concept.
Apparently Lugar hasn’t lived in Indeiana since he first was elected. He sold his house in Indiana and moved to DC and has not maintained a home in IN since.
