Another friend of mine lost his 12 year old daughter in a pedestrian zone to an illegal who fled the scene. He returned 6 months later, but only to beat a burglary rap down in Mexico.

I guess Mexican authorities feel stronger about protecting their citizens' personal possessions than US law does about the very lives of its citizens and children.

That’s terrible; prayers for him and his family.

This situation has gotten so out of control that on GW Bush’s watch President Fox asked for help from the US in chasing down ILLEGAL deadbeat dads that had stopped sending remittances home because they shacked up with another she-illegal up here. We were being asked to get child support payments for the Mexican government from people we couldn’t even collect AMERICAN income taxes from.

Both parties are complicit in destroying this country.
