Any bets on who paid for the births of these children? They should go with father since the mother is not around. That keeps family together and keeps off the welfare roll here.

One would think so... Very few things make sense these days. It's like our entire society decided to base it's perceived reality on illogical behavior...

Kind of leaves folks like me feeling like Wonko the Sane.
