At my company, scrapping our healthcare, paying the fines and tossing all the employees to Obamacare is literally “on the table” as a viable option for controlling costs.

Note also that federal contracts often go to the lowest bidder. If a Defense Contractor wants to bid lower than their competition, they definitely might want to stop providing healthcare coverage for their workers. We're talking really large companies (ex. Boeing) who are quite likely to drop coverage in order to continue to get business from the federal government.

I bought some health insurance for my married daughter and her family three years ago. The premiums have risen twice in six months. At this rate if it goes up anymore I do not know if I can afford it.
