Okay, this new EO is nothing more than standard update of prior executive orders that said basically the same thing. This has been analyzed to death over at Hot Air, Legal Insurrection, Ace of Spades, etc. There is nothing particularly noteworthy here unless you were terrified of the previous EO's almost just like it amended by Clinton and Bush.
