The last refinery built in the USA was in 1976, how many times has the population doubled since then? Even with them murdering 54+ million Unborn.

I bet his EPA and DOE are gearing up to fight that new refinery to be built near Pittsburgh. This could be a huge election issue when coupled with Keystone, the moritorium on drilling, and denial of operating permits for the coal industry. Energy supplies are the biggest loser for the biggest loser.
