The report is already written. They will meet several times only to spend $$$ dining lavishly at very expensive hotels to decide how long to wait before releasing the pre-written report that concludes that voter ID laws are racist and disenfranchise the poor.
And the underlying issue is that voter ID laws inhibit the growth of socialism.
