New Mexico was able to transition to mostly-English speaking.

It’s NOT impossible.

Just have PR do English in the elementary schools.

We can revisit statehood for Puerto Rico in another generation. By then, the way things are going, we will all be speaking Spanish anyway so it wouldn’t make sense to have an English requirement./s
