As much as I like either Santorum or Gingrich, Newt’s ego is killing this primary. He is giving us Romney as the nominee, and I’d like to slap him for that. (verbally, of course)

As of now, why has Romney been given a delegate when he is coming in 3rd in Mississippi? The GOP-E has done everything in its power to shove this man down our throats.

Candidates Vote % Votes Delegates

Rick
Santorum
33% 55,274 0

Newt
Gingrich
32% 53,387 0

Mitt
Romney
30% 50,427 1

Ron
Paul
4% 7,444 0

Unfortunately, it may a bit too late for Santorum even if Gingrich quits now. Time after time tea-party voters and males are split between Gingrich and Santorum. Gingrich has undermined us all and taken us for a long and unhappy ride where we end up with Romney. He’ll make Rand Paul his VP and that will be the Republican Ticket for 2012. I hope I’m wrong but you heard it here first.
