Apparently, that's a given with long-distance orders. The second Valentines Day, I thought my wife was getting tulips (as shown in their picture). It turned out they sent two bulbs. It's RIDICULOUSLY easy to use another flower co. I can't believe their CEO was this stupid. 20 million listeners. I doubt the company survives. For the record, I checked and all seven companies are private--so there's no divesting. Oh well. There's no buying either. Some of these guys will go belly up.
