Also remember too much fish and you have too many fish heads in landfills. That is an environmental thing.

I got this offer. It’s easy to see what’s going on. They want to determine how much I and other recreational fishermen value the right to fish in MA waters. Once they figure that out, they will increase licensing fees at much as they can get away with.
