A sitting president is immune to arrest by any law enforcement. However I think there are exceptions such as “high crimes & misdemeanors”. Generally speaking, it is almost impossible.
How about keep him off the ballot in Arizona?

I don’t know what Sheriff Arpaio will do next, but I’m sure he’ll keep pursuing investigation of the crimes that have been committed. Things will move along on this front.
What I’m more concerned about is what will be done to investigate the “disappearance” (or, more likely, sudden unavailability) of relevant microfilm records of “returning to US” data FOR THE MONTH OF OBAMA’S BIRTH when the microfilm records were available for times before and after this time period. I wonder if THE COWARD JOHN BOEHNER will permit a House investigation of the matter. I suspect NOTHING will happen on that front — little crybaby Johnie would not want to “make waves”.
