Environmental Justice Report? Good idea! I think that Step#1 to achieve it is to turn every square inch of West Hollywood,Malibu and Martha’s Vineyard into toxic waste dumps for spent nuclear fuel rods,medical waste and waste from every single chemical plant and petroleum refinery in the country.

Most notable among Holder's list of accomplishments on this issue:

The Justice Department says it played a key role in developing the interagency memorandum of understanding on environmental justice, which was signed by 17 federal agencies, and also plays an ongoing role in the Interagency Workgroup on Environmental Justice.

More government intervention for solving imaginary problems, is the watchword here.
