Herman wants a job....gotta get out of the house??
Actually, it doesn’t sound to me like he has been around the house with Mrs. Herman for a long time...
That said, I really disliked Cain a few months ago because I thought he let a lot of people down. But then when I gave it more consideration, I realized that he had probably had no idea that his campaign was going to be taken so seriously and he was blindsided by his popularity. I think he just expected to make a point or two and then go back to his radio show.
He didn’t react well and I think he left a lot of his supporters high and dry. But now I don’t think it was cynical or intentional. I think Cain is genuinely conservative, and maybe he’s learned a lesson or two about how life is in the big world outside of the pulpit and the radio station, and maybe now he can be effective.
