Rick started shooting from the lip with the "Obama-snob" and "JFK/throw-up" shots -- and it was left to Newt to set things right. Then Rick did the robo calls to registered Democrats and Mitt won Michigan despite his "Cadillacs" and "friends with NASCAR team owners" (and so many other) foot in mouth moments.
Newt addresses Obamas baloney comment about not being able to effect gas prices, Santorums snob (education) and throw-up (Kennedy) comments.

Hey if the media says so it must be true. The fact is that it was Romney supporters who kept our primary open and were themselves going door to door encouraging democrats to vote for Romney.
Frankly you're no better than Romney.

Did you happen to hear Santorum say in his speech last night, that he was the one who began the welfare reform as though he, not Newt, should have the credit for welfare reform. My hubby said that he hear something to that affect. I didn’t hear the entire speech. I had to take a break because he is so boring to listen to. I will have to find the transcript to be certain since dear hubby was getting sleepy.

(I like Newt and would love to see political dead bodies on the floor.)

What caught my attention with the (repeated) replay of Santo's college/snob statement is how tensed up and tight his voice sounded. He came across as someone whose date had dumped him just before the debate competition.
It's one thing to point out Bammy's shortcomings...and there is abundant material for that...but, the tense voice and tight pronunciation does not sound presidential, to me.
