Good morning, and thanks again for the thread. Since I am stuck living in a deep blue state all the time, I have some sympathy for your situation, but ...

I do hope somebody talks about Warren Buffet apologizing for his prediction that the housing industry would recover in a vacuum while the rest of the economy continues to struggle. And how somebody who thinks that way could end up being so rich. It just doesn't seem fair.
