It would be awesome if everybody that could, would apply for a CCW from their home state, then immediately apply for the nonresident CCW’s from: VA, NH, FL, UT, CT, AZ, and ME. Then, (depending upon the state in which one resides,) the only states that one could not exercise reciprocity would be: MA, NY, NJ, HI, IL, MD ,and CA, although MA, issues a non resident if you have a home state permit, and NYS may issue a business carry to a nonresident. What do you think?

I have one from my Home State (SC) and a non-resident from FL and UT. But, it can get very expensive to get every non-resident CWP. The best you can do is get one from ur home state, then get a non-resident(s) from states that will give you the most covered states.

SO, with my SC, FL and UT, I believe I’m covered in 37 states:

Florida Washington State Minnesota Vermont Wisconsin
Alabama Alaska Arizona Arkansas Colorado Delaware
Georgia Iowa Idaho Indiana Kansas Kentucky
Louisiana Michigan Mississippi Missouri Montana New Hampshire Nebraska New Mexico North Carolina North Dakota Ohio Oklahoma
Pennsylvania South Carolina South Dakota Tennessee Texas Utah
Virginia West Virginia Wyoming
