The Americans not paying taxes not only have the privilege of being a citizen, but they have the added privilege of receiving re-distributed income and benefits from those that actually do pay income tax. This is just an old big ‘pay-to-play’ scheme concocted by Democrats that solidifies their lower income and welfare voter block.
