As a clarification, though the judge’s comments were disgusting the case was dismissed for lack of evidence according to this article:

The lack of evidence was a transparent lie. The Mohammedan who committed the assault admitted it to a police officer.
This judge needs to be dragged from his office, horse-whipped, and tarred and feathered. But, because he is Mohammedan, he won’t be because he is an honorary member of “Holder’s People”

The state legislature, in considering an article of impeachment against this judge, can satisfy itself as to the evidence in the case.
