Just one more reason why Pennsylvanians should contact their State Rep and say they support Rep Swanger’s HB 2029, the American Laws for American Courts bill.

So if, “Zombie Muhammad” had a CCW permit, and blew his attacker’s face off, would it be ruled by this loser of a judge as a justified self defense shooting?
End all immigraiton from Muslim nations.
Send all Muslim illegals home immediately.
Seal the borders to prevent further illegal immigraiton from anywhere.
Give Christian missionaries support for seeking to convert Muslims to Christianity. (Outreach and conversions are already occurring but could be stepped up.)
Bar Muslims from sensitive positions that could harm American freedoms and protections. For example, I would ban all Muslims from being judges, based on what they say they will do. Obviously they lack judicial temperament.
Ban all sharia laws.
Imprision all Muslim terror suspects at Guantanamo indefinitely.
Do not show deference to them while in prison.
Ban Muslim outreach in prisons.
Explore the feasibility of expelling all Muslims from America. (This may seem extreme, but Spain had to do the same thing to have a minute’s peace after 700 years of war with Islam.)
Etc., etc. etc.

This Muslim judge needs to be impeached by the state legislature of Pennsylvania. He has violated his oath to uphold the Constitution which provides equal protection, freedom of speech, the right of assembly, and freedom of religion. He furthermore broke judicial demeanor when he said that the American would be killed in a Muslim country. This is a threat. It is a hate crime. Yet this is exactly the way many Muslims interpret their religion, that they are supposed to make Christians feel oppressed.
The state legislature, in considering an article of impeachment against this judge, can satisfy itself as to the evidence in the case.
Hmph, hope people who applaud this decision are ready for the day the government isn’t there to protect them while they trash the freedom of others.
With regard to the use of deadly force, in most states, you can blow away a home invader. But, somebody on the street you is threatening you, no. If you have reason to fear for your life or for the life of an associate, yes. Generally, this means does the assailant display a weapon. But, demeanor is important. It is well known that Muslims are prone to violence and to deadly violence. Therefore, you might have fear when a Muslim assaults you and gestures as though he had a weapon. But, to be on the safe, if there’s only one of them, and both you and he are men, and there’s no weapon, no, you can’t use deadly force. Mace the guy. That’s what you should do.
