They are referring to LATINO evangelicals...big difference - of course they want their families here, given the living hell that Mexico has become.

They’ve turned the land God gave them(the richest country in Latin America, by the way) into the shit-hole it is and now they’re breaking into our country and steadily turning it into a replica of the ‘’living hell’’ they’re running away from. Yet the Catholic bashers here always tar Catholic citizens in general as liberals and Obama voters when its the LATINO Catholics who form a majority of those "Catholic" voters... big difference. Take away the latino Catholic votes and the remaining American Catholics OPPOSED Obama in 2008.
