So where are we going to get the energy to seperate hydrogen from oxygen? Where are we going to store the hydrogen? This not a solution.

Never. The energy required to break the chemical bonds betwen oxygen and hydrogen in water greatly exceeds the energy in the freed hydrogen. Hydrogen from water is and always will be a net energy loser.
