here is what he said as he voted against protection for born alive babies
““As I understand it,” Obama said during the floor debate, “this puts the burden on the attending physician who has determined, since they were performing this procedure, that, in fact, this is a nonviable fetus; that if that fetus, or childhowever way you want to describe it—is now outside the mother’s womb and the doctor continues to think that it’s nonviable but there’s, let’s say, movement or some indication that, in fact, they’re not just coming out limp and dead, that, in fact, they would then have to call a second physician to monitor and check off and make sure that this is not a live child that could be saved.” This, he argued, was too much to ask of a doctor performing abortions, and it could also, as he put it, “burden the original decision of the woman and the physician to induce labor and perform an abortion.”
Even proabortion people don’t support letting a live baby get thrown out with the trash
And wasn’t there an outcry from Catholic nurses (and pro-life care-givers of all stripes) who were being required to attend these abortions in hospitals, or face being fired?
There was once an audio of Zero making this argument. Although the transcript is available in full, I’ve sought in vain for the recording. I thought once that Jill Stanek had the audio at her site, but can’t find it there. Do you (or does anyone here) know of a link to the recording? Obama’s voice is absolutely chilling to listen to. I wish that recording could go viral. It would destroy Zero’s image as a “nice, clean-cut” guy who means well.
This is what caused me to realize this monster would be so dangerous, if we ever had an event where he was in control and we had an event where we had to have "camps" for our fellow citizens. The man chooses death over any other options. He is dangerous. November and then January can't come soon enough.
