Santorum is not a Northeast liberal he is from nearly the same area I am and it is considered Appalachia here but he was born in Virginia.

My sentiments exactly. A governor who dishonors the fallen is not fit to be CIC.

I’d be worried that could hurt electibility. Our last rotund Prez (and nominee from either party I think) was Taft , very pre-tv.
Yes, I was referring to Christie’s weight when I meantioned health. Heavy people are far more prone to heart attacks, diabetes, and hypertention. But even with that, he does have some celebrity and has shown a willingness to take on liberal special interests.
I’m so desperate to get rid of Obama, I’ll settle for a less-than-stellar candidate, provided he chooses a good running mate. I support Rick Santorum, even though he tends to wander off message and is a target for distortion by the MSM. Newt Gingrich is right, Obama is a threat to the nation’s survival.

Just so I understand........1). You are desperate to get rid of Obama.
2). You support Santorum
3). You admit Santorum wanders off message.
4). You admit Gingrich is right.
It’s all so depressing. Worst three years of my life. It’s really hard watching your country lose it’s history and die a slow, painful death. I’m so distraught that I’ll take anybody over obama at this point.
He’d win. If he could realize, much as some other candidates have, that gun grabbing that is “ok” in the North East doesn’t play nationally, I *MIGHT* even be able to get behind him.
