RE “In before the Christie haters show up on this thread to claim he's a “social liberal” (which they will continually lie about no matter how many times he goes to bat for conservatives for pro-life & defense of traditional marriage). And then they'll tell us they have to join the union thugs in going after Christie because there's some super secret GOP establishment conspiracy to nominate Christie for President during the upcoming “brokered convention”.

I don't expect every governor of every state to be a Pat Robertson or a Wayne LaPierre. As far as I am concerned he is doing a great job considering the state he is in.

Anyone who thinks Christie is no different than a Democrat needs to live in Maryland for a while, some Martin O Malley gems since he became governor 2007:

Same sex marriage just passed
Dream Act college tuition for illegals (in law)
State sales tax raised by 20% (in law)
Alcohol and cigarette taxes increased (in law)
Gasoline tax increase (being voted on, sure to pass)
Require locks on guns, bullets tracable, and training to get a gun (n law)
Milllionare’s tax increase (in law)
