The Republican National Convention doesn’t select its nominee until August 27th. Since June is much earlier, I don’t see a problem with Americans Elect getting their nominee on the ballots.

The candidates get their names on state ballots lots earlier than that, I think.

So can the Republicans in June put up a brand new candidate that has never been on a state primary ballot?
