The two parties are fully distinguishable — so long as one is not blind and is at least as close as Mars. Fundamentally, Napolitano’s objection is to the nature of politics and that — get this — people running for office want to win.

The judge was too provocative for the “powers that be” who want all Americans clueless, kept uninformed, except by over paid pundits, barefoot and watching and enriching Hollywood.

The judge encouraged us with his provocative dialogue to use our own critical thinking skills and not just accept the establishment line (from those pundits that make many millions telling us what the establishment wants us to hear).

Glenn Beck admitted and found out too the hard way that he could be blacklisted when he crossed that line and accused Soros of being a Judenrat.
