Actually the WSJ has been saying that the jobs are already coming back for some time now. I suspect that's one of the reasons Obama has been trying to get out in front of this trend so that he can take credit for it. Wages are increasing in China and the middle class is growing. The irony is many of these corporations have created competitors for themselves because of technology theft and now they're having problems getting their profits out of the country because the Chinese make it difficult.

What articles support that and which jobs does it suggest are coming back?
Cheap labor elsewhere and increases in technology have a detrimental effect on manufacturing jobs.
