Announcing his budget plans for fiscal year 2013 in an address at Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale, Va., President Barack Obama characterized the current income tax rates--signed into law by President Bush a decade ago--as a form of government spending.
Essentially, the president said that the federal government "spends" when it does not raise taxes.
“Right now, we’re scheduled to spend more than $1 trillion more on what was intended to be a temporary tax cut for the wealthiest two percent of Americans,” Obama said. “We’ve already spent about that much. Now we’re expected to spend another $1 trillion. Keep in mind, a quarter of all millionaires pay lower tax rates than millions of middle class households. You’ve heard me say it: Warren Buffett pays a lower tax rate than his secretary.

In Obama’s hateful worldview, all money earned by private citizens belongs to the government, and any that they let us keep is an expense.
The left believes that the people are a cost to the government, when the truth is the opposite. Government is a cost to the people.

History tells of the result when the ‘producers’ are attacked. It should be known that at the beginning of a dynasty, taxation yields a large revenue from small assessments. At the end of the dynasty, taxation yields a small revenue from large assessments.

With “logic” such as this, is there any wonder why the Cretin-in-Chief has hidden all of his “academic” records?
Don’t dare “dismiss” them.
They are, indeed, “nutcases”, but they are DANGEROUS nutcases.
They would think nothing of reducing the world’s population down to 25% of what it is now, if those remaining were all compliant with the communist agenda.
They have as their end goal a “heaven on earth”, as do all humanist religions, and such a goal is worth any means necessary to achieve it.

I don't dare dismiss them as dangerous for one minute. There is no such thing as Utopia or paradise on earth. Man is not capable of achieving or maintaining such a place, especially egotistical, godless, arrogant elites. I detest what they are doing to America, our values and our constitution. Years ago people were talking about a one world government and others laughed. It is not so far away if we don't do our preparation and defense of our country.
No the federal government “spends” when it spends. Maybe it should spend less, Hussein.

Me too! But, I’m a child of the 50’s - a great time to be alive - a simpler time and in just a short time all things are changed a mere 60 or so years. I am amazed at how short a time it took. Star Jones was on the radio this AM and a black republican man called in and asked how he culd convince his brothers and sisters that they were living on the democratic plantation. Star said she didn’t even try to convince her family - it was no use. It amazes me that they scoff at Jesus Christ but they will sniff the white line to the utopia the humanists promise.
This is so weird...it’s like living in an alternate reality.
