But Romney gave the weakest speech and got the worst audience response.
I think he bought the win...he's got money, but he doesn't have REAL (read non-Mormon) supporters.

"Kerry" to correct.
I type one at a time and still missed!

There is no difference between the parties. So elections are a farce. We need a real conservative party, not a phony one.

I wonder why so few vote at CPAC?

Awfully close to the angel who met Mohammed in a cave. He claimed to be Gabriel...but he didn't produce any ID, either.
But the question is still raised (not begged), who the f**k is Moroni?
To: lightman
Moroni means ‘in the heart of the fire’ according to Comoros islanders. Interestingly, the hill where the plates were supposedly buried was named ‘Cumorah’.
Perhaps Smith really did get it from the name of the Comoros island settlement mentioned in the treasure-hunting stories of Captain Kidd, which he studied.

Well, then CPAC must not be conservative. They need to change their moniker.
To: RoosterRedux
this is good news, CPAC hasn’t picked the winner since 2000
lol
Plus Romney has won it many times before along with Paul, which tells you just about everything you need to know about it.
To: TexasFreeper2009
If it has a price tag...Romney will buy it!
To: RoosterRedux
But the question is still raised (not begged), who the f**k is Moroni? Clearly the "angel from heaven" forewarned in Galatians 1:8.

Milt just had some frat boys flown in from New England and a few others from Joey Smith’s Cult of the Golden Mushroom...the results are meaningless. You heard the boos when the results were announced...

ANY organization that recognizes, supports and panders to a BOTTOM-FEEDING, Islamic-Jihadist-Terrorists defender/facilitator, SCUMBAG such as Grover Norquist (in spite of the voluminous info re: this TRAITOROUS, snake in the grass) can hardly be considered "Conservative" and a reason I would never attend a CPAC conference.
To: RoosterRedux
Yeah, and NYT is reporting he bussed in a bunch of students to vote for him.

Looks like their poll fell off the cliff in the 2000s. And they only picked the winner 3 out of 18 times...17% success rate.

past time for a NEW political Party to replace Republican..
I’m more than ready...
start the ball rolling for us Sarah P...........
To: fatnotlazy
"The Republican presidential candidate won with 38 percent of the vote at the Washington conference ..." Life is all about how one looks at the glass of water. Getting 38% of the votes means 62% of the folks at CPAC didn't buy into Flips "conservatism".
