I want Romney to lose in Michigan and Santorum is now positioned to do that.

But long term I want a Newt comeback.

Santorum has a business as usual political record with ties to the Republican establishment.

Newt did fight for reforms in the 1990’s as Speaker and got a few so that is a better record than Santorum’s or Romney’s.

I like Newt. He was a powerhouse in the 90’s. He's great on big ideas, but In my opinion he can't win. His negatives are too high and once a large % of people form a firm negative opinion, it's really hard to convince them otherwise.

Newt has stepped off the reservation several times on big issues as has Rick. Rick has been better on TARP, global warming and healthcare than Newt. I just believe Rick is the better of the two to take on Obama. Time will tell if he can sustain the momentum. If Rick does well in the south on super Tuesday, it's time for Newt to get out. At that point Rick can take it all. If not, what's left? Either is better than Mitt or Ron.

I want Newt to have a comeback too.

When Santorum made that cringe worthy comment about women in the military being emotional, I thought, “uh oh”.

But for now, both Newt and Rick are shaking Mitt’s confidence which is a good thing.. and hopefully, he’ll have a meltdown at the next debate if they push the right buttons..
He is wired so tightly anyway. Has he not heard of Xanex?
