C-SPAN's coverage of the 39th annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) continues Friday with speeches by the leading presidential candidates and Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.
The three top GOP candidates for the Republican nomination -- former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum -- are taking a break from the campaign trial to address attendees. Rep. Ron Paul was invited to speak but will instead continue campaigning.
Besides Newt’s love of and, thus, knowledge of America and his oratorical abilities - he outshines them in both his accomplishments and he doesn’t lie about them. I see the names Mitt and Rick and I think LIARS and then add no accomplishments then I think LOSERS! But that doesn’t stop those easily deceived.
I agree that what I did hear of his speech was good but delivered in an almost Jimmy Stewart stammer. I wanted more too, though I agreed with his content.
But did you see him on greta? He was so natural, comfortable, joking about trump, smiling, just looking fantastic.
I hope he can pull this off. He could rise to be a really good president. He gets our issues today. We must remove Obama.
