I’m sure the punishment will be minimal and the AFSCME or whatever union will defend her to the hilt, but still - each time the RATs are held to account is a good day for our side.

As Chairman of a Wisconsin County Personnel Committee, I can assue you she will be reprimanded. Alas, she will then file a grivance which will be denied, sent to arbitration and the County will loose. Happens 99.8% of the time. Arbitrators are ex-union people.

Unless there are other issues with this particular individual, and a VERY GOOD paper trail has been documented, the end result will be, she wins.
