It might fund K-4 for a few months, until someone decides some other pet project needs funding to win re-election.

They Dems are just following up the second leg of the election strategy. They created OWS, own it and want to take advantage of it. The next leg will have them accusing the mean old GOP of withholding funds for kids and old folks.

What about the 47% of Americans who don't pay any Federal Income Tax? Why can't they pay their FAIR share?

Liias's proposal isn't complete yet, but it would impose a 2 percent tax on incomes over $1 million.

Washington State currently has no state income tax. They're implementing one just for this?
