If Rush is a convenient Conservative then I guess there are very few hard core conservative conservatives out there.
He is on the Air daily promoting freedom, liberty and conservatism and there is nothing convenient about that.

Yes. Americans were stupid enough to reelect Bill Clinton, they are stupid enough to do anything or elect anyone the press tells them to. The day that happened, I understood what America faced and the direction in which we were headed.
Between the entitlement minded "Obama is great" voters, the intellectually dishonest (or just plain stupid) "socialism is the answer" voters, and the self-righteous "if XXX wins the nomination, I'm not voting" voters, Obama is as electable today as he was back in 2008.
