Disappointed for sure. But these weird accusations against her regarding Romney are just baseless, and appear to conform to the typical Saul-Alinsky 'Divide the electorate' approach with falsehoods.

Michelle Bachmann has been attacked in Minnesota media non-stop by the communist controlled newspaper and local television studios. Their attacks have been extreme from the get-go...using name-calling and smears with endless false accusations.

If there was one certain candidate (beside Herman Cain) that Obama would have wanted to take out...it was her.

I'll bet Obama can sing gospel too

No...his head would blow up. He has no ounce of Christianity in him.

Her silence since dropping out has been a tacit endorsement of Romney.

Bull-crap. She is entitled to patiently reserve her 'endorsement', if she ever issues one.

If she was going to side for Romney, the timing would have probably been after New Hampshire.

But she didn't. She knows the serious defects in all the remaining candidates, and maybe she never will endorse them. Her remarks today about Romney's decline, and low tea party response (lowest for Romney ever), she explicitly sided with the tea party coalition...and said the GOP better start listening to the tea-party...

She was only there to get rid of Governor Perry.

You mean Governor Amnesty, don't you? I think you have it reversed. Perry was only in the race to nuke the Tea Party and Bachmann.

“You mean Governor Amnesty, don’t you?Perry was only in the race to nuke the Tea Party and Bachmann”

Why don’t you just knock it off? Why would Sheriff Arpaio risk his reputation to endorse someone who approved of amnesty?

Blaine here..

Pat had better find SOMEONE to run against Amy. I think she is ripe for the picking (unless the top of the ticket goes Romney.. Then it will be hard to beat her with her support of Ocare)..

I’d run, only been married once (and still am) however I have enough issues to deal with.

They were foster children, not adopted. I doubt any of them stayed vey long with the family.

I read somewhere that her husband was connected to an eating disorder clinic and some of the girls stayed with them while they went through treatment. There’s plenty of articles on the foster children. Evidently they were licensed for three girls at a time.

“The girls moved in with us and became part of our family. Most stayed with us for about 2 years; the shortest stay was a few weeks, the longest over 3 years. We had as many as four girls at once, so that’s four plus our five biological kids, making a total of nine. Quite a crew!

Some of the foster kids asked if they could go to Christian schools, but state law required them to go to public school. I am proud to say that all of our foster kids graduated from high school.”

CUNY - Hunter College of Social Work issued a comprehensive report on the basic reimbursement rates for all states in 2008. No surprise that they are low. (Big surprise on which state is the highest. But ssh - think of the children and keep it quiet.)
The Bachmanns, however, weren’t ordinary foster parents. No basic MN reimbursement rate of between $585 and $699 per month (2008 rates) for the children they took into their home. They took in children through the private agency PATH Minnesota, Inc. George Hendrickson, L.S.W., CEO of PATH disclosed that the Bachmann’s provided what is called a “treatment home.” According to the NYTimes:

That designation required a higher standard of care from parents who had the educational and emotional capability to handle “serious mental health issues.” Dr. Bachmann’s training was an asset.
They were licensed to care for up to three children at a time and received reimbursement that was at least twice the basic rate. (Currently, for three children, that would be over $50,000 a year. Not a princely sum, but ..)

“My wife and I thought on such a short notice there may not be a large enough turnout to make the point, we decided that if only one could be with her it should be me.”

I remember that. It was very short notice and thought she might be doing more harm than good, because it would look like no one cared enough to go. When the reason was the short notice. Unlike “Occupy Wall-street” types, conservatives like to keep their jobs.

Bachman will pray and look at the polls and decide who to endorse.

Romney Courts Bachmann For Endorsement

Oh yeah; like her endorsement is gonna make people run to the polls to vote for the person she endorses. Who gives a crap?

I lost a lot of respect for Ms. Bachmann early on in the Primary season when she took every opportunity to pounce on her opponents when they were down (Cain and Perry come to mind.). She's just an opportunistic politician. If she endorses Romney that will make her an opportunistic, political hypocrite who sold out the Conservative cause like Ann Coulter and others have done.
