But it was so different with NYT when it came to Valerie Plame, right? I mean even Andrea Mitchell admitted that everyone in DC circles knew Plame was CIA agent, cause Valerie told them....And it was ok for Scotter Libby to go to jail even though it was Armitage who admitted to inadvertenly telling Nowak, about Plame.

CIA agent names were revealed; causing them, any informants, their families to be in danger, if not killed.

Tortue decision was a legal decision made by this country whether you agree with it or not.

Not true. The Bush Administration had its lawyers claim that waterboarding and other tactics were not torture and therefore could be legally done.
